- Do 10 sit ups and 20 second bicycles
-then take a break for 10 seconds ;)
- Do 30 jumping jacks and 15 Butt-Lifts
(If you want to take a break for 30 seconds to calm down a little bit)
-Now do 10 Butt-kickers and 5 side lying hip abductions
-the last things are push-ups, try to do at least 5 of them
And now you're finished!!
I know this isn't much, but it's better than nothing if you do this every day :)

I love autumn!! After summer it's my favorite time of the year, because it isn't to warm and mostly not to cold. Also wearing a nice and warm sweater is so cosy. So here are some things I love to do in this season of the year :))
When it's autumn, I like to decorate my room in a warm mood. Here you can see a before and after picture. I printed out some autumnish looking pictures from the internet and put them on this wire.
Here I just changed out some pillows and my white blanket against a red one. I'm not sure yet if I like my bed better this way, but I'll think about it.
I also try to relax so I just put a face mask on. Haha I know I look a bit like I fell into a bunch of cream, but it's pleasantly on my face. :)
And of corse I put on some red plum colored nail polish and a good smelling candle. You might wonder what the cactus is doing there ?Well, I think I just have an obsession with cacti :))
