- Do 10 sit ups and 20 second bicycles
-then take a break for 10 seconds ;)
- Do 30 jumping jacks and 15 Butt-Lifts
(If you want to take a break for 30 seconds to calm down a little bit)
-Now do 10 Butt-kickers and 5 side lying hip abductions
-the last things are push-ups, try to do at least 5 of them
And now you're finished!!
I know this isn't much, but it's better than nothing if you do this every day :)
